After a wonderful concert at the beginning of June the choir has been on its summer break.   The concert was an interesting mix of old and new, exciting and uplifting for the choir and audience.

We are indebted to our director, Anthony Zerpa-Falcon and  our accompanist Jong-Gyung Park, for all their hard work and inspiring leadership as well as performing at the concert.

The Choir will reconvene for the first rehearsal of its new season on Tuesday 6 September when we will begin rehearsals of Beethoven Mass in C Major. Our concert will take place on Saturday 25 February 2017 at 7.30 pm.  We do not hold auditions so if you are interested in joining us and would like to come for a trial period please do get in touch.  Our rehearsals take place in Holmewood House School, Langton Green on Tuesday evenings from 8 pm to 9.45 pm.  New members are always welcome in all parts. Choir rehearsals are demanding but fun.

There are two more events for your diary, the first, a fundraising concert on 27 September 2016 by our pianist Jong Gyung Park at Holmewood House.  Keep an eye on the website for further information.  The second will be our Carols by Candlelight which will take place in Penshurst Church on 4 December 2016 – a mix of well-known and new carols together with readings.

We look forward to seeing you all either to sing or listen at our concerts.
