Looking forward to seeing everyone after the summer break! 2013 will be a special year for us as we will be celebrating our 50th Anniversary. Brahms Requiem will need a lot of rehearsing so please make sure you try and attend as many Tuesdays as possible. We still have places in the choir and if you know anyone who would like to join, do encourage them to come along, especially men!

Let’s get all these dates in your diaries so you can book holidays etc on other days!

AUTUMN SEASON

Tuesday 11 September 8pm – rehearsals begin – Brahms Requiem. We have decided to have special 50th Anniversary copies of the Brahms Requiem for everyone to keep this time. They cost £7.50 per copy so please make sure you have your purse/wallet handy at the first rehearsal. We are loath to part with copies unless the money is upfront!

Sunday 9 December – Carol concert at Penshurst Church 6.30 p.m.

Tuesday 11 December – last rehearsal before Christmas

Tuesday 8 January 2013 – first rehearsal of the New Year

Saturday 9 February 2013 – 50th Anniversary Year Concert at St John’s Church, Tunbridge Wells 7.30 p.m.

Brahms Requiem

Sunday 2 June 2013 Penshurst Church 7.30 p.m.
