Here’s the news you’ve all been waiting for!!  

The main work for the February 6^th concert next year is new to Penshurst Choral Society – Puccini’s “Messa di Gloria”.  Memorable tunes and  rousing choruses, it promises to be an exciting challenge.  The music will be available for you to hire as usual at the beginning of term.  There are several performances to listen to on Youtube and, if you really want to be ahead of the game, the Choralia website has learning files for all the voices.

The rest of the February concert will comprise opera choruses and arias.

On 6^th December, alongside the usual selection of carols from the Oxford Carol Books, we’ll be singing Lauridsen’s “O Magnum Mysterium” and a selection of Bob Chilcott carols.
